When a customer is in need of fabrication services, Victaulic partners to deliver customized solutions to meet the unique project requirements. This was showcased on a recent project in the Permian Basin. The project consisted of 2’’ – 12’’ carbon steel, internally plastic coated, HDPE, and FRP pipe on the multi-tank production facility. The customer lacked the resources required to complete the construction drawings with their in-house design team and partnered with Victaulic for help.

Victaulic’s in-house modeling team worked closely with the customer to design and deliver construction drawings according to the project’s unique build strategy. Deliveries were broken into 4 zones to avoid excess material onsite, streamlining material handling and reducing laydown area.

Victaulic’s total project partnership enabled the customer to mitigate risk and maximize productivity onsite. The equated to schedule and cost certainty, bringing the facility online on time and on budget.
