With a goal to bring their site online as quickly as possible, an owner in North Dakota recently partnered with Victaulic to deliver value engineered solutions for their upstream production facility. After meeting with the facility owner and project team to understand their needs, Victaulic provided vertically integrated fabrication solutions to maximize onsite productivity and mitigate any risk of schedule delays.

Victaulic’s in-house modeling team quickly got to work designing the production facility and finalizing fabrication spool drawings. The 2’’ – 6’’ system was fabricated at a Victaulic fabrication facility and shipped to the site by zone, matching the site’s unique build schedule.

Once onsite, installation of the Victaulic piping systems was completed in just 3 days. The facility was brought online both on time and on budget. Partnering with Victaulic mitigated risk and maximized onsite productivity, while also setting the site up for future expansions. The owner broke ground on the first site expansion in 2021 and chose to partner with Victaulic.
