An owner in the Permian Basin recently completed construction on a new production facility and chose to partner with Victaulic for vertically integrated fabrication solutions. Victaulic’s in-house modeling team worked closely with the owner to design the piping systems within the containment area, on the site separators, and on the oil, water, and vent lines.

The 2’’ – 8’’ system was fabricated at Victaulic’s fabrication shop and delivered in 3 sequential shipments to meet the project’s unique build strategy. Victaulic field engineers were onsite at the time of delivery to provide training and support to the installation contractor and crew. All systems were installed seamlessly, with 95% of the project installed in just over 2 weeks.
